01/14: One Year Later, Inspirational Survivor Dave Sanderson Remembers the “Miracle on the Hudson”
January 14, 2010
January 15th marks the one year anniversary of the “Miracle on the Hudson.” As Americans relive last year’s most inspiring moment, Dave Sanderson, the last person off the back of the plane on that fateful day, commemorates the flight and what it meant.
In his seat on US Airways 1549 in what many would consider the wrong place and the wrong time, Sanderson knew he was exactly where he was supposed to be. Faced with crisis, he focused on helping his fellow passengers, making sure that everyone around him made it out safely. Despite the freezing temperatures and frigid water, Sanderson’s selflessness made him the quintessential everyday American hero.
This week, catch inspirational speaker Dave Sanderson in action. He will appear on the following television and radio programs nationwide:
> 01/14: Interview with CNN’s Susan Candiotti
> 01/15: Fox and Friends, FOX News, 7:00-9:00 AM EST
> 01/15: Dennis Miller Show, Sirius Satellite Radio, 11:06 AM EST
An ordinary person put into extraordinary circumstances, Dave Sanderson’s story of inner strength, teamwork, and leadership is a powerful reminder of how one person can make a difference. Contact Keppler Speakers bureau for more information on bringing Dave Sanderson to your next event.
