Chris Gardner Rocks GAMA in Toronto
I was in Toronto yesterday at GAMA (General Agents and Managers Conference) where Chris Gardner spoke to over 2,500 men and women. There was standing room only and the audience was captivated by his life story and powerful message of perseverance. He received a spontaneous standing ovation BEFORE and AFTER his talk. The comments were over the top, “best speaker I’ve ever seen,” “he has made a huge difference in my life,” “I took all my sales rep’s to see the movie,” “loved his book,” “he just told my story,” and more. Chris graciously autographed his book for 90 minutes following his speech, posed for photos and shook hands with raving fans.
