Mieke Eoyang is the former Deputy Assistant U.S. Secretary of Defense for Cyber Policy (2021–2025) — the Pentagon’s top civilian voice on cybersecurity and digital defense strategy.
A sought-after cybersecurity keynote speaker, she draws on years of experience shaping U.S. cyber policy and leading interagency coordination across the White House, Congress, and global allies. Mieke brings rare, real-world insight into how organizations can lead through technological disruption, digital transformation, and global change while strengthening team performance and collaboration.
