A world champion blind golfer, Jeremy Poincenot shares his story of resilience and teamwork, inspiring audiences around the globe.

At just 19 years old, Jeremy Poincenot’s life changed when he was diagnosed with Leber’s Hereditary Optic Neuropathy (LHON), a rare genetic disorder that caused him to lose his central vision. What began as a devastating setback became a powerful turning point—fueling Jeremy’s belief that challenges can become catalysts for growth when met with determination and support.

With his father as his guide, Jeremy turned his passion for golf into a remarkable career, winning three World Blind Golf Championships, nine National Championships, and titles in Australia and Italy. Named the “World’s Best Blind Golfer” by CNN and honored by the San Diego Hall of Champions, Jeremy’s achievements extend far beyond the course. Featured on ABC’s 20/20, ESPN, and CNN’s Great Big Story, he uses his platform to demonstrate how collaboration, perspective, and perseverance can redefine what’s possible.

In his engaging and heartfelt presentations, Jeremy encourages audiences to embrace adversity, focus on what they can control, and harness the power of interdependence—working together to achieve more than any one person could alone. His blend of humor, authenticity, and actionable insight leaves corporate teams inspired to lead with empathy, face change with confidence, and turn every challenge into an opportunity to grow stronger.
