Rashmi Airan knows what it costs to decide under pressure.
She made the call herself, and it sent her to federal prison. A first-generation Indian American, former Wall Street investment banker, and Columbia Law School attorney, Rashmi spent years chasing achievement and lost the line between what she could do and what she should. One series of compromised decisions ended that life. The reckoning became the work.
Today she is a keynote speaker on high-stakes decision-making, resilient leadership, and building trust under pressure. Her body of work, Rise Through It®, gives leaders two tools: the Clarity Loop, four questions for the decision in front of them, and the RISE Framework, the longer climb from struggle to strength. She helps audiences confront the invisible prisons that distort judgment, fear, ego, perfectionism, shame, and lead clearly when it counts.
