Keith Slotter has spent his career helping organizations navigate uncertainty, protect against emerging threats, and lead with integrity when the stakes are highest.

Whether addressing executive leadership, organizational security, fraud prevention, or crisis response, Keith delivers practical insights drawn from decades of experience leading some of the nation's most complex investigations and security operations. His presentations equip leaders to build stronger cultures, reduce organizational risk, strengthen accountability, and make confident decisions in an increasingly unpredictable world.

A nationally recognized security executive, Keith most recently served as Global Vice President of Security at JetBlue Airways, where he led enterprise-wide security strategy for one of the world's most recognized airlines. Previously, he served as Head of Staff Security at Bridgewater Associates and as Vice President in the Business Intelligence and Investigations Division at Stroz Friedberg.

Before entering the private sector, Keith spent 25 years with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, rising to Assistant Director of the FBI Training Division, where he directed worldwide training operations and oversaw the FBI Academy in Quantico. During his distinguished career, he led the FBI's Global Financial Crimes Program, served as Special Agent in Charge of both the Sacramento and San Diego Field Offices, and directed major white-collar crime, cybercrime, counterterrorism, and national security investigations. A Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner, Keith was recognized as one of the world's 100 Most Influential CPAs and received the prestigious U.S. Presidential Rank Award for Meritorious Service and Lifetime Achievement. He is also the author of Bureau Life: A Memoir and has appeared as a media contributor and documentary producer, translating decades of investigative and executive leadership experience into engaging, actionable presentations for today's leaders.
