From medical research and healthcare innovation to immigration and the balance of power, Former Congressmen Jason Altmire (D-PA) and Jason Chaffetz (R-UT) come together to discuss everything from the healthcare solutions being proposed to navigating partisan gridlock in Washington.

During his three terms in the U.S. House of Representatives, Altmire won praise as a bipartisan centrist known for working with both sides of the aisle. Among his many achievements: passing 29 of his legislative initiatives into law and introducing a bipartisan bill that gained the most co-sponsors of any congressional bill in American history. He is a nationally recognized healthcare policy expert and served at the senior level for major hospital and health insurance corporations.

Chaffetz was selected by his peers to Chair the powerful Oversight & Government Reform Committee, leading investigations into the United States Secret Service, the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) data breach, the Environmental Protection Agency, the IRS, and others. He also performed high-level work with non-partisan tech leaders and healthcare insiders on coming trends and potential changes in the health industry.

Together, these veterans of the Hill offer an insider’s view on how Washington works—even when it doesn’t—and how the country can achieve a healthcare solution that works for everybody.
